One of the key elements behind the establishment of Ceannas has been to fundamentally challenge the notion that leaders need to be ‘transformed’ in order to become more effective. Ceannas aims to engage, challenge, inspire and support clients on the Ceannas leadership Journey in order to have an exponential impact on an organisation.
Oui3, working with Ceannas, initially developed the Ceannas typographic styling along with the graphic identity. The logo device is inspired by the Golden Spiral, the Fibonacci Spiral. With it’s unique mathematical properties the size of the component blocks of colour increase in scale, whilst the segments of colour combine to create an exact scaled repetition to the same proportion of each component.
Oui3 developed brand guidelines, for both print and digital communication, to ensure a consistent brand style, utilising the six colour components from within the logo device as the overriding colour palette.
Oui3 continue to act as brand guardians, working with Ceannas, to design their on-going brand communication materials, from book design to bespoke event literature.
