Designing and delivering J&J MISSA’s Sales Conference 2017
Oui3 were in Abu Dhabi at the beginning of this year with Johnson & Johnson as we helped deliver the 2017 MISSA Sales Conference. The beautiful surroundings of the Beach Rotana Hotel was home to 250 delegates from across the Middle East and Africa. Our task was to facilitate reflection, engagement and discussion to shape MISSA’s strategy for 2017.
We worked with the marketing team at J&J MISSA to understand their ambitions and goals for 2017. This allowed us to explore a number of avenues before finalising our key concept for the conference – MISSA in Motion.
From this theme we developed a clear and consistent brand identity including an opening video and series of motion graphics throughout the venue. This helped us create engaging communications, design room dressing, stage settings and produce and run all AV. Our aim was to ensure all delegates left the conference informed, challenged and inspired.
In addition to running the show we provided event photography to capture the action and created branded memorabilia for all attendees.
The MISSA in Motion concept was further developed as the internal email newsletter publication for the MISSA team throughout 2017.
